If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, purchases made through www.ocevara.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed
• Items must be returned with original packaging and labels
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
If these conditions are not met, the buyer may be responsible for any incurred fees and the refund may not be approved.
Please note that any address shown on the parcel is not an authorized return address. Returns sent without receiving a confirmed return address from our customer service team may not be accepted.
For return shipments, signature confirmation is not required. Adding signature service may delay delivery and processing of your return.
Please do not send letters or inquiries to the return address. The best way to contact us is by email.

• Clearance or final sale items
• Items purchased using gift cards or store credit
• Products that show signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or altered packaging
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at service@ocevara.com and provide your order number along with the reason for cancellation.
• Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after receiving the package.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us by email.
Return / Exchange Process
All return or exchange requests must follow the process below.
Step 1
Contact our customer service team at service@ocevara.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2
Our support team will provide a return authorization and return instructions, including the correct return address.
Step 3
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or replacement has been issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers may contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
• Please double-check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for items that were not originally purchased from www.ocevara.com.
