Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing a summary of your order along with your billing and shipping details.

Order Processing

After your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, although some products may require up to 6–10 business days depending on inventory availability.

If there is any delay in processing your order, our customer service team will notify you by email.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

For orders over $69.99 USD, customers qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Express shipping requires a valid street address in English and a contact phone number. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses for express shipping services.

Shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes:

• tracking number
• shipping carrier information
• link to track your shipment

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier will typically notify you or attempt redelivery.

Missing Orders

If you have not received your order, please contact us within 6 months of placing your order.

For orders within 6 months:

If the issue is caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the issue.

If the issue is caused by shipping problems or lost packages during delivery, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund.

Requests made after 6 months from the order date may not be accepted.

Customs Duties and Taxes

In most cases, customers will not be charged additional customs duties for Standard Shipping.

However, in rare situations customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes.

If customs fees are charged, please keep the payment receipt and contact our customer service team. We will assist you in reviewing the situation.
